Filter Systems for the Filtration of Beer
We offer a complete filtration program:

In offering these various services, we are relying on over 20 years experience in CIS and around 40 years experience in filtration with SCHENK Filter Systems. We offer consulting, auditing with our own specialists, and customer-specific engineering. Additionally we offer Custom Design, import and customs clearance with experienced, trustworthy partners, as well as delivery on DDP basis and a guarantee for delivered systems or equipment. Our partners manufacture in Germany and can quickly provide you with the necessary replacement parts for your system. We also provide all necessary training to you and your employees and offer assistance with proper filter system maintenance.
The work we do is international and our customers are located all over the world. We personally schedule the deliveries and our team is present for the construction and installation of your system.
Spectrum of Services
Project Management
The successful construction of a production system requires professional project management.In addition to coordinating with suppliers and ordering system components, the structural conditions of the building must be checked and discussed with all those involved in the project. Should it be necessary, we also undertake the implementation of all electronic work by electrical designers, electrical engineers and electrical programmers.
Delivery and Installation
HiTec Beverage Solutions assumes the installation of simple as well as complex production and process systems in Germany as well as around the world. We send our experienced fitters and installation managers (should it be deemed necessary) directly to the customer’s construction site. Thanks to our many years of experience in plant construction, we know exactly which technical and hygienic requirements our plants must meet.
Automation
The advantages of automation in processing plants in the food and beverage industry are many. The automatic control offers not only more security for the workers, but also less room for mistakes. In addition, automation can optimise processes which ultimately reduces costs. Depending on the scope of the plant, we offer different solutions such as the expansion or conversion of existing plants and/or the planning of a new plant.
After Sales Service
After-sale service is a top priority for us. Even after handover of the plant (system??), we and our team are at your disposal, be it for the elimination of minor malfunctions or the maintenance of the plant and the installed components. We offer you problem analysis and elimination, deployment of service technicians on site as well as maintenance of valves and pumps.
